Your career can be one of the most important aspects of your life as it tends to take up a lot of your time. Depending on the type of work you do, it is likely you’re there five days a week and invest a lot of time and energy into your work. This can take a toll on your health if you aren’t looking after yourself while working. This is because demanding jobs especially can create a great level of stress as they may entail long hours, heavy workloads, and emotional investments as well. Sometimes you spend so much time working that you can forget to spend just as much of that time laughing.
