I have always obtained these things from Dr. Sarah Myhill (www.drmyhill.co.uk) but I have a feeling she is not taking on new patients at the moment
Your best bet might be to search for a doctor practicing environmental/nutritional medicine on the British Society for Ecological Medicine at http://www.ecomed.org.uk/practitioners

I am not aware of B12 causing thickening of the blood, or hypercoagulation. I just had a quick search and all the information I found suggests it should have the opposite effect since it (along with folate and B6) reduces homocysteine levels, which DOES cause hypercoagulation.
