This outlines the mechanism of tissue permeability that would explain practically all of the disorders that have defied explanation to this point. I had always held that intestinal permeability was due to Serum Sickness reaction from vaccines, however that mechanism relied on vasculitis as the causal factor. This paper outlines how Interferon Gamma causes the permeability found in the presentation of Leaky Gut, which is also consistent with Autism, which is also consistent with Chemical Sensitivity. Then there is the permeability to the blood brain barrier that would explain the End-Stage sequelae of Chemical Allergy as defined by Dr. Theron Randolph. Again, either vasculitis or Interferon Gamma causing permeability would explain the Neurological symptoms I affectionately call Brain Allergy. (Has anyone else felt like their brain buzzed? itched?)

I am now working on discovering what might alter this permeability.
