please help me about this.. i am having bad breathe after 2 weeks taking the vco.. i dont know if it is a symptom of die off.. or it is worsening..

I haven't heard of candida causing particularly bad breath so I hope this means it's a die-off.

It's hard to say what is causing your symptom of bad breath without more information as it could be both a symptom of Candida (fungal) or bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine or it could equally be a sign of die-off.

When yeast such as Candida and certain types of bacteria ferment the food we eat they give off various gases, many of which are smelly (e.g. methane and hydrogen sulphide) and may result in bad breath. However, die-off could cause or exacerbate constipation as your body struggles to get rid of toxins and this may cause bad breath. In this case you might want to back off on the treatment, eat plenty of fibrous foods (vegetables, whole grains etc) and drink plenty of water.

first month of treatment i have no bad breathe, and then i tried VCO, drinking it..1 to 2 tbsp.everday..day and night..


then here it comes..a bad breathe..but i tried cleaning it with salt everyday..and i think it helps, also the acidophilus, i get the powder and pour it into a glass of water and then drink,..also ive been so sleepy at work..even i took VCO..

the first time i took VCO, i was so energy boosttttt..

i was thinking it was a die off and i hope so..

doing the gurgling of salt and acidophilus really helps and with a prayer of course.
