I've been trying oxygen therapy for chronic infections including systemic yeast for about 5 mos. Because I didn't have funds to use the hydrogen peroxide IV therapy at a local clinic, I studied the "Medical Benefits of Hydrogen Peroxide" by a Dr. Williams (available online) and have used h202 orally.
Please note one must be careful to use only food grade hydrogen peroxide and take it on an empty stomach. I take about 24 drops a day of 12% food grade h202, some folks go up to about 70 drops a day using 35% hp. So my approach has been conservative. I'm thinking of doubling it.
The effects thus far for me have been a reduction of infectious symptoms. Also my stool changed from rough and lots of undigested food, to smooth showing much better digestion.
A Dr. Whiting has found oxygen therapy (flush he calls it) to be the most effective treatment of systemic yeast. Here is a link to his utube video:
He adds aloe vera to the treatment to help heal the gut. His oxygen treatment is doing the same thing as oral dosing of food grade h202, which is increasing the amount of oxygen in your body, blood and organs.
I was wondering if others have tried oxygen therapy or aloe? I'm also using probiotics.

Hi Gracie,
Thanks for posting on your experiences with oxygen therapy thus far and great video! Great to hear you are having positive results with the oral H2O2. The colour and consitency of the stool really is a good indicator of digestive health. Are you feeling much better with your overall health yet?
Just to add my experience - I gave IV H2O2 a good go a number of years ago. First getting weekly IVs here in the UK and then having them daily for 3 weeks when I spent time in a Mexican alternative medicine clinic. All I can say is that it undoubtedly acts as an antifungal as I experienced the characteristic unberable die-off symptoms that have blighted all of my attempts at tackling my Candida/yeast problems. Also important to note that I had no adverse reactions to the IV H2O2 or other oxygen therapies I had at the clinic including ozone insufflations and hyperbaric oxygen treatments.
Having said that I am still wary of it as I believe some of the warnings about potential dangers are valid. Great to hear it is helping you Gracie but if it were me I would err on the safe side and not increase the dose/potency. Have you thought about adding other natural antimicrobials to your protocol. Herbs such as olive leaf extract and oregano oil are relatively inexpensive and very effective against a range of infections. My personal opinion is that it's best to attack chronic infections from different angles simultaneously so they have no chance to adapt and survive.
Good luck and keep us updated with your progress!

Thanks for your note Maff. I have a poor immune system and other infections, so my energy level is still low and I have trouble concentrating, esp. trying to write a thesis. But a measure of improvement is that I now spend only 6-10 hrs. a day in bed, whereas a year ago it was about 16-18 hrs. day. So I'm getting better, but it's slow.
Interesting about your experience w/ h2o2 and the die-off that was so tough. Possibly smaller doses would lead to less die-off?
I find during die-off I'm much more tired, and my joints aches. A hot bath with a cup or two of food grade h202 helped the joint and muscle pain. The skin is a large organ and can absorb this with benefit. But don't try after 7 pm, may keep you up.
Generally I finding the h202 cocktails energizing, similar to a high dose of Vit. C with about 3 grams. I've had some concern the h202 cocktails may increase blood pressure, which has been my main concern using it.
I have tried other microbials including olive leaf extract and coconut oil. I have just got a new bottle of coconut oil tablets. These are supposed to be esp. good with viruses, which I have. I'd like to try the oregano oil. But I'm a little worried about not buying good enough quality. Is oregano oil helpful to you, others with the candida?

You're welcome Gracie. It's always good to share experiences and "war stories"!
You are obviously still very sick but if you look at it in a positive light you're now spending half as much time in bed as you were a year ago. That's pretty good going and hopefully the improvements will continue at that rate
Thank you for your suggestions re: lower doses of H2O2 but I have found over the past 10 years that I cannot tolerate even tiny amounts of any antifungal without experiencing extreme die-off symptoms. Unlike the more pronounced fatigue and joint pain you get with the die-off, my symptoms are all nervous system related. I get extremely irritable and agitated, restless, and basically feel like I am losing control. This is all accompanied by severe nervous muscle tension and burning sensations on my skin, particularly around my eyes and on my scalp...which I can only assume is due to excessive nerve activity. Benzodiazepines like Valium calm the reaction down for a bit but not effectively enough for me to continue antifungal treatment for the time needed. I have found in the past that taking DHEA supplements calms things down enough but my liver doesn't handle hormones well so it's all a bit catch-22!
Great to hear the H2O2 has an energising effect on you. I am on the fence about whether it increases blood oxygenation but more energy is what you'd expect if it did
Oregano oil has a lot of research confirming its effectiveness against Candida and other yeast/fungi. I can only tell you that my experience tells me this is the case as I experienced the symptoms I described above in a big way when I took it! I hear a lot about a product called Oreganol being the best quality out there so that's one to look out for.
So happy that you're on the road to recovery. Take care!

Maff,
I'm sorry to hear you have such difficulty with die-off symptoms, doesn't sound fun! Thanks for your suggestion on the oregano oil, I'll take a look for it.
I appreciate this site and all the work you've put into it. EIR provides important information to all of us trying to get healthy. It's so helpful to learn from experience and treatments others have tried.

Hi Gracie,
Thank you. No it's not fun at all - extremely frustrating as I had thought figuring out what was wrong with me was going to be the hard part. Sadly not! I won't stop until I find a way to get better though. I believe we can all regain our health...or at the very least improve it significantly
I'm so glad to hear that EiR has been a help to you. The way I see it there is no point me keeping what I have learnt to myself when you and so many others out there are desperately searching for answers also. We all have to pull together and help each other out in whatever way we can. Difficult when we all feel so lousy but every little helps!
Keep us posted on your progress with H2O2 and everything else you are doing. All the best.
