Probiotic
Can someone recommend a good probiotic? I'd like the brand name and approx cost. I would like to have caps that I can open and add to foods/drinks.

A very good probiotic is VSL#3 which comes as a powder in sachets and could therefore be added to food easily. Unfortunately it is VERY expensive!
Cheaper but good quality alternatives include Jarrow-Dophilus EPS, Mutaflor and the Natren probiotic products.
Plenty more out there and I'll post again when I remember some more...my brain is a little frazzled right now.

You're right about the VSL#3, ouch. I think I'll go with the Jarrow-Dophilus EPS for now.
FYI, I found a good Naturopathic Doctor. His name is Dr Butchart. I have an appt for next Monday. He says that he has lots of experience with Candida, Eczema, Hair loss and MCS, so I'm really excited. This is his website www.virginianaturalhealth.com/dr_butchart. He's got some videos posted too.
I'll let you know what he says.
