I have been reading the articles by Dr. Teitelbaum and others about using ribose supplements for chronic fatigue syndrome. It all sounds very promising but the supplements seem to be a bit expensive. Has anybody tried them and what were the results? Thanks.

Hi Frosty,
I also decided to give D-ribose a try after reading articles by various CFS specialists. I found it to be fantastic for improving energy levels, both physical and mental, and it worked very quickly.
I got the Doctor's Best brand which cost around $25 for 250g which is enough to last up to 2 months so not too bad.
