searching for a doctor

HI. I'm new to this forum. I've been dealing with chronic pain from multiple surgeries,(4 c sections,laparoscopy, and hysterectomy). I'm having trouble with tingling in legs and I'm guessing restless leg syndrom.Sometimes I just fall as I'm walking and this is from the scar tissue that's built up over the years. I'm so tired of this and I'm looking for a pain management doctor near Dallas Texas. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks Marie:(
