Phobia from height(1 viewing) (1) Guest

Since last two years I fell fear of height. Before this I am normal and have little fear of water during bathing and swimming. Seeing down from second or up floor I feel Dizziness. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with me and how I prevent it.

Hi Sleepaidsreview,
Do you have any other symptoms of anything like fatigue or insomnia, or rashes or.......? This answer would help others to give you more info. As there can be other issues that play havoc with the chemical/hormones in the body that can cause anxiety, or phobias.
If you are perfectly healthy and close to perfect balance then you might read about" 5-HTP "and serotonin and see the close relationship between phobia/fear of heights, driving, elevators etc and insomnia or sleep problems.

I also feel head rush during iron clothes specially checked shirts.
