Really sorry to hear you're in such a desperate situation.

I'm afraid if mold is your biggest problem then climate may be a major factor. You may need to relocate to dryer area of the country.

That said you should be able to get appropriate safe housing wherever you are given the right precautions. This means double-glazed windows, effective damp-proofing of the building itself, good ventilation (particularly kitchen and bathroom) etc.
