I'm new to this forum. I became ill just after working in a new building for 17 mos. My employer built on TOXIC land and in combination with everything \&quot;New\&quot; ie: 10 computers and florescent lights including other electrical equipment I was required to use. My exposure was not only the new building, but also the building I had moved from, which was heavily contaminated. There were deaths of my co-workers in and around the area that was infected with a huge area of Cheatomium (Fungi/Mold). I traveled back and forth between both buildings. I began with pain and then I lost all my muscle strength and found myself crawling on the floor. This contaminated building is the same building the 8 babies were just born at. I now realize by finding this forum, that I am suffering from MCS/EHS and also including other such as Fibro/CFS brought on by my working conditions. Welcome to the forums and thanks for sharing your story. Sorry to hear you have become so sick simply through doing your job.

Hopefully this site will help you find some of the medical answers you need to start healing or at least point you in the right direction.

In your case since you became sick from the buildings at work I would think about looking into making a compensation claim. If other workers became sick then the building is likely to be found to be a 'Sick Building' on inspection and the employer would be required to compensate those affected. I think MCS Referral &amp; Resources may be able to help here.
