I like A Taste of Thai Rice Noodles, which I've also used with italian sauces and it works great. I always rinse the cooked noodles in cold water before adding them to sauce. The cooking water gets an unappetizing smell, but once rinsed this pasta seems to hold it's shape and not get clumpy.
I also really like Ancient Havest Quinoa Pasta which is organic and tastes nuttier like quinoa. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
