Hello,

I am looking for a mask..I have a Honeycomb with carbon filter rightnow and its not working for me. I am super sensitive. I am not sure what else to go with..

Has anyone ever tried this one

Hi,

I use a mask by 3M that works very well in mild to moderate situations, and has a good seal around the face.

Try ordering 3M, 7500 series respirator, with 6006 cartridge filters.

In my experience, none of them work good in pesticide situations or if a place is strongly saturated with candles and perfume. But these work well in most situations for me.

i'm having the same problem with the honeycomb mask and i was suggested the 3M 7500 series respirator..

i was having trouble finding somewhere to buy it online but i went to the 3M website ( 3m.com ) and i asked them if they could tell me where there were distributors(i live in canada and their website only covered the us) and they e-mailed me back and told me a few places and i got one from a store in the city i live in

i got the 6001 filters..for \"organic vapours\".. i haven;t used the mask yet because i found it smelled too strongly or new plastic/rubber so i have it airing out (it's been about 3 days since i got it and it still smells strongly but not as bad as when i first got it. i'm still going to air it out more.

i'm excited to use it and hope the 6001 cartiges work good. if not i'll try the 6006 ones you mentioned FlourishingLight

Hi Denise,

I asked for recommendations on the EIR Facebook page and MCS sufferers there also recommended 3M 7000 Series respirator masks.

No information on the best places to buy them though, sorry.
