Hi Denise,
One of our UK members asked the same question recently and the DishMate Free & Clear seemed like the best option available on both sides of the Atlantic.
It contains only coconut-based soap, purified water and salt so shouldn't cause any problems.
Other members offered some other very useful suggestions too.
The thread can be found here.

Good news that you've had no reaction!
I haven't tried it myself yet but it will be the next product I buy when my current one runs out.
It seems to be the most natural product out there that is widely available in both the UK and US.
With only coconut-dreived soap, purified water and salt, it should be fine for the majority of MCS sufferers.

Hi Denise,
Oh no what bad news! I really thought that product was going to be a good one for you
I can only guess as to why it would cause you problems without speaking to the manufacturer but possibly:
1. Troublesome chemicals are used in the products anufacture e.g. extraction of the surfactants (soap) from the coconut.
2. Volatile chemicals present in the coconut-based soap itself.
3. There are other ingredients that are not listed on the bottle!
Maybe you could call the manufacturer and ask them about these issues? There should be a customer service number on the bottle.
It's always trial and error when you have MCS so maybe you'll have to try another product that was recommended in that other forum thread I referred you to. I think Dr. Bronner's soap was recommended and is a pretty major brand in North America?
