Hi Denise,
The people that I know who can still work have only mild MCS. Some wear a mask. There's also the challenge of transportation to and from work. The exposures from point A to point B could be a problem if you're unable to wear a mask.
I know of one lady who works at a hospital, but she's extremely sick after each work day. She needs to plan recovery time each day from exposure.
This company was started by someone with MCS. She sells personal care products. I just ordered some samples. I assume she works from home. It might be worth calling her and talking to her about work options, since she was able to figure out a way to do it.

Depending on your symptoms, you may be able to do something on a computer.
I know one lady with MCS who's a real estate agent. This requires a lot of energy though, so again it depends on how the MCS effects you.
Good luck,
Airy
