Hi all,

Having contracted MCS from working in a refinery I am as very very sensitive to Sulphur Dioxide & Hydrogen Sulphide and its as bad for me as Formaldehyde. I can detect and am sick with quantities of PPB long before they get to PPM levels that might give normal people itchy eyes cough breathing difficulties that the HPA are warning about from the fall out of the Icelandic Volcano.

Does anyone have any recommendations on detox precautions. . . obviously I wont be going out if I can detect anything. I am also praying for a the flippin volcano to stop spewing out loads of chemicals and a change of wind direction across less populated areas.
