I would recommend reading the recent articles out on treating PTSD which seem to have a common root in the conditions you mentioned. Instead of brain retraining through excercises, it's brain rebooting by Stellate Ganglion Block. I have no financial interest in this site, it's filed as a non-profit anyways, but it's stopptsdnow.com. You sustained a traumatic event, and that falls into this theory. Watch the video too.

Best Regards,
Tom

Google \"stellate ganglion block lipov\" for a whole bunch of recent articles on the success of this procedure.

I am using the Amygdala Retraining Program developed by Ashok Gupta, which is available in the UK and is something that can be done in your own home through the use of DVD's. This might be difficult with electro-sensitivity, but perhaps there might be a way for you.

I've written about my impressions of the program on my blog at www.alwayswellwithin.com

I haven't completed the program just getting started with it.

I am interested to read about the PTSD program too.

Good luck to you, Sandra
