'..Strong associations between IEI and negative emotional reactions, defensiveness and difficulties identifying feelings were found, suggesting a need for exploring the influence of these emotional reactions in IEI*.” Conclusion stated by Danish liaisons psychiatric adepts www.springerlink.com/content/785w6l5g4l...786326/ that are actually involved in Research MCS center in Denmark with the purpose of extending the knowledge base relating to MCS as psychiatric illness.
where*IEI term used to describe physical symptoms said to be initiated by hypersensitivity to chemical exposure or simply MCS.
They slowly try to break through with their abnormal theories while hiding the real reason from both study participants and some of the interested parts (interesting to know exactly, who are all the parts involved in this study especially those who initiated or finance them). By claiming openly they have a wide understanding of this illness while their study shows a narrow-minded, nonscientific and unethical approach. There is need of attention focus on those people.

the medical professions belief that I Es are mental-emotional is interesting, butthey fail to follow up on their conviction.
I was given a session of 6 appointments to explore my emotions, iftheir theories are correct, i would need much logner and yet they are unwillig to give it.
well there you go

When EI was \"driving me crazy\" at work, my boss kept urging me to see the work psycologist for counseling... After I finally gave in and went for one visit to make her happy, she started telling industrial hygienists and others involved with my case, I was now \"receiving psycological help\" for my condition, and to ignore any corripondance from me until my condition improved!
It's a trap! Stay away!

Hi guys,
Every piece of medical research should start with an unbiased literature review so that the authors are confident they understand the current state of knowledge in the field.
It is my experience that in studies that suggest MCS is purely psychological the authors summarily neglect to look at any of the biomedical research showing that MCS sufferers have observable and measurable dysfunctions including oxidative/nitrosative stress, neurological dysfunction, alterations in cerebral blood flow and immunological abnormalities. Such disregard for robust research findings is bad science, plain and simple.
It is often common for subscribers to the psychological explanation of MCS to set out to prove their preconceived assumptions. Medical research should be about unbiased investigations that use all available data to arrive at a conclusion - whether the researchers like what they find or not!
The conclusions of any researcher that operates like this should not be taken seriously.
I wouldn't worry too much however though folks. The weight of evidence will be too much to ignore very soon. MCS and EI will be accepted. Those who choose to ignore reality cannot persuade everyone else to do so forever...
