Neighbors truck exhaust enters home.(1 viewing) (1) Guest

What can I do about my neighbors?
They have two trucks with very loud muffler systems.
Their driveway is 10ft from our bedroom window.
They start their trucks anywhere from 3AM to 6AM.
They let them run for at least 10 to 20 min. even in the summer.
The noise & exhaust fill our house, even with the windows closed.
I have talked to them, but I might as well be talking to my dog.
Actually, my dog would probably understand.
Anyway, what recource do I have, if any?
