Hello,
We have a leak in our downstairs bathroom..looks like it is coming from the upstairs bathroom. You can see some mold where the water is leaking in the down stairs bathroom.
How do we even begin to fix this? As its already in the 50's and 60's. Can this wait till Spring?

I would not let the leak continue as mold will continue to grow and may grow between the walls. do you rent or own? If renting, I'd call the landloard to have them fix the leak and remove the mold and ask who they will be contacting and talk to him before he comes to your house so you can make sure he is chemical free and explain that you cannot have any chemical used for the clean up. sorry I can't be of more help. good luck, Karen
