Air purifier, looking for secondhand/used purifier

Because of the problems of off gassing a new purifier I am looking for a used one I can purchase.

Try a local environmental center. They might be able to help you with one if they are replacing machines; since this happen quite often.

Obvious suggestion but have you tried eBay? I sold my air purifier on there so I am sure others are doing the same. You may just have to check regularly until a decent one comes up.

I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I come across any other possible sources.
