I have severe MCS and I'm really struggling to find something to wash with. I'm sick of going in the bath and then feeling absolutely awful when I use a product to clean with. If anyone has any advise I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks y'all!

Hi, Your situation sounds tough. I don't have such severe problems, but appreciate using cemical free products. I have found lots of recipes online. They are simple, but usually have to be made up fresh. You can look at the recipes and check for anything you have sensitivities to. If you can't tollerate lye used most soaps try using a body scrub made with olive oli and sea salt.

And try a bath with nothing at all. It may be your water is a problem for you:(
Good luck. ~Patty

Aww thank you very much for the information. The water may have some effect but it's scents that completely floor me! Scents make me shaky and light headed. I used baking soda and it actually worked surprisingly and I was fine with that. I did get a little in my eye. I hate getting anything in my eyes as it's the one thing that works properly lol! That's a good idea olive oil and salt, I think I'll give that a try. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately natural plant smells cause a problem for me too. xx
