Good to see you and I'm glad the Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Treatment page inspired you. I compiled what I thought was the most helpful list of treatment based on personal experience, research and reports from other MCSers.

Re: Grace Ziem - I am not sure there is anywhere that sells her recommended supplements as a prepared package as Prohealth.com and others do for the Martin Pall protocol. Pall worked with Allergy Research to provide all the nutrients required in a manageable number of supplements. I think Grace Ziem simply recommends forms of nutrients or specific brands.

Since you're already on the Pall protocol perhaps you could simply add in things Ziem recommends that are not included? I believe Pall's and Ziem's protocols are very similar anyway however.

How long have you been on the Pall protocol and what results (if any) have you seen?

It has been 2 and half year on Martin Pall protocol by now!

More detail on my condition below.... but first a few question, if you might know!
Just wen to the pharmacist and got some stuff...

1. what is this Glutathione thing? Martin Pall didn't mention as far as I remember, not sure what it is..
2. what the pharmacist gave me is missing the "improve GABA formation to reduce NMDA"
err... does Martin Pall do that too? what is this GABA thing?

The better I get, the easier it is to have a setback! i.e. getting better is getting harder. Although that might be just pessimism, this last year I improved much more than the one before! And this last 2 month I started to have significantly more energy (pet projects to "take over in my spare time" came back!)

I also discovered that I have celiac disease and various food intolerance and that it is as important to cater for them than taking Martin Pall protocol.

If I don't take Martin Pall protocol I regress slowly. If I eat gluten I regress quickly (but recover quickly to previous level). If I eat bad food (for my intolerance) I regress quickly (but recover quickly too).

Anyway, pain still comes too easily and I wanted to improve that!
(sometimes it doesn't at all for a few days, but so far, I always had a food triggered setback which made the pain come back for months...)

Just went to the pharmacist, he gave me a general "men health thing" (with plenty of Grace Ziem stuff) and extra strong Vitamin C, which seems important from the general consensus. Although I'm not sure oral version will work just as well.
