Hello,
I've suffered from MCS for about five years now and i currently unable to live in my house until I can move to a safer one. I was hoping to contruct a safe shelter in my garden to live in until then and was wondering if anyone can give me any advice? My two options were:
- A greenhouse made of anodised aluminum and glass (they come with rubber to hold the glass in, neoprene or nitrile)
- A metal shed made of galvanised steel, (with no baked on enemal paint hopefully.)
Can any one give me any advice on which would be best for someone with severe MCS? Is galvanised steel completely safe in terms of offgassing? I've tried many shelters in the past, like tents and things, and have made many mistakes. If any one can help I would be very grateful, it's very difficult to do extensive research when using a computer too long gives you bad symptoms.
Many Thanks,
Kcall

I just got an email from a lady who's considering moving to California and built a safe, semi-portable shelter for herself.
This is probably bigger than what you need, but she may have some helpful ideas for you.

I found Tad Taylor on a referral site:
www.healthy-homes.com/
Here's the referral site. Some of the links are out of date, but if you look up the information (like I did for the Taylor site) on google, something may come up:
