I've been meaning to mention something.
After I got my SPECT scan of my brain showing very low blood flow and inflammation I was referred to a doctor. He lived in southern California- HOWEVER he was so booked I ended up coming across a man in southern Texas named Dr. Bruce Russell.
He is an incredibly nice guy- he knows a lot about all different types of treatment for Autism, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Chronic fatigue, etc.
I didn't know I had MCS when I got the scan done- just chronic fatigue. I initially went to him thinking I just had chronic fatigue- but after more research I found out it was MCS that was bothering me.
He has read quite a bit about Multiple chemical sensitivity now... It typically wouldn't have been his specific speciality, but he has done research on it and is much more familiar with it and possible treatments.
He does believe it exists- and he has come up with some good recommendations for me.
He does phone consults after the first visit- He couldn't be nicer, and he is very knowledable.
If you contact him tell him you heard about him through me- which also has MCS which might cause him to take you in quicker (can't promise.)
His number is 361-749-1930; he and his office staff are really nice and good.
So I recommend people share this information.

Hi Jason,
I just wanted to thank you for sharing this information with everyone here. Hopefully your doctor will be able to help other MCS patients in the South Western US, and perhaps from further afield too!
Dr. Russell sounds like he is genuinely interested in the truth of MCS and related illnesses and helping those of us affected by them.
Thanks again and I hope your continue to improve,
Maff

Jason,
Would it be possible to get the name nad/or phone number for the doctor in So. Cal? I am desperately trying to find a doctor who is skilled in treating the various illnesses I am apparently dealing with.
Thanks so much!
Tiffany
