So the Holidays are approaching us and I have no idea what I am going to do about a Christmas Tree. I am pretty sensitive here. Even when I wear my carbon filter mask I can still smell perfumes.
So does anyone have any creative ideas of what to do about a Xmas tree? I would greatly appreciate it. I wouldnt care so much but I have a 1 year old and 11 year old that might enjoy the Holidays.
Thanks
Denise H.

Hi Denise,
Frightening to see/hear people talking about Christmas/Holiday season already. I'm preparing for the final year of my degree at the moment as that starts in less than 2 weeks!
Have you thought about a plastic tree? I know it's not the same but they are much less problematic for those of us with environmental illness than the real deal as they don't produce the allergens and volatile chemicals (the Christmas tree smell) that real trees do.
I hope you find a solution you and your kids are happy with.

Post edited by: Maff, at: 2009/09/21 20:02
