Lightning process?

Has anyone tried the Lightning process? I feel I've gone as far as I can for now with the physical aspects of my stress and subsequent adrenal fatigue. I've tried hypnotherapy, reflexology, counselling and EMDR all with limited success.

Before I spend more money, has anyone tried the Lightning Process and what results have you found? The 3 day course appears to be about £600

I've tried brain-retraining and for me it was a complete waste of time. Here's someone's blog post on The Lightning Process. This will give you a better idea of what you're paying for.
