Paying Privately for Blood Tests(1 viewing) (1) Guest

Hi
Can anyone advise me of a private dr in the South Bucks area where I can go and request some blood tests?
Having had normal TSH and FSH bloods I would also appreciate advise on the following:
What Blood tests should I request to rule out any hormonal issues i.e. I guess T4 and T3 but any others?
How much will this cost on average?
In just over 2 weeks I am due to go back to my G.P who has so far not lived up to his promise of referral to an Endo and I fear he will continue to put me off if I dont take action myself. He is not prepared to send me for specific bloods as they are deemed too expensive.
