| Adding a Listing to the Healthcare Professional Directory |

Registration
To add a listing to our Healthcare Professional Directory you first need to be a registered user of the site. This is simply so you have access to site features which allow you to manage your listing(s) after submission. Registration is free. To register just click the 'Register' link at the bottom of the User Login module on the right of any page. If you need help with the registration process please see the help item Site Features & Registration.
Once you have registered and logged in simply click the 'Find a Doctor' link in the Main Menu on the left of any page of the site. Once you are in the directory click the 'Submit a Listing' link which is highlighted at the top of the page.
The Listing Submission Page
You will now see the listing submission page. This is fairly self-explanatory. You do not have to complete ever field but the more information you give the more response you are likely to get to your listing. The further information box can be used in any way you wish. Perhaps you would like to tell potential patients/clients more about your specialities or what they can expect during a visit to your office. You may also wish to list your rates. It's entirely up to you and you can leave the box blank if you wish.
Once you have completed the listing submission form click the 'Save' icon at the bottom of the page.
Paying for Your Listing
On the next page check the box next to your listing to select it, then click the 'Buy Now' button.
On the next page you will be asked to select the type of listing you require. Select the listing type then click the 'Buy Now' button.
Check the listing details are correct and then click the 'PayPal - Click Here to Buy' button.
PayPal
You will now be taken to the PayPal website to pay for your listing either using your PayPal account (if you have one) or your credit/debit card. PayPal is the premier online payment handling system which is highly secure and offers a high level of protection against fraud. Whether you choose to pay using a PayPal accounbt or directly with a credit/debit card simply follow the instructions on screen.
Once you have paid your listing will be automatically published in the directory and you will receive confirmation emails from both ourselves and PayPal.

User Menu Link
Once you have submitted and paid for your listing you will be able to check the status of the listing by clicking the 'Healthcare Professionals: Edit Listings' link in the User Menu at the top left of any page (only shows when logged in).
This will take you to a page where you can confirm that your listing is published, view the listing yourself, and see how many times your listing has been viewed in total. You can also edit your listings by checking the box next to a listing and clicking the 'Edit' icon.
N.B. Please note that we currently allow each registered user to submit 5 listings to the directory.
Cancelling Your Listing
If you do nothing your listing will remain published in the directory indefinitely and you will be automatically charged the same fee every 12 months. If you wish to cancel your listing at any time you may do so.
The method for cancellation depends upon how you paid for the listing:
PayPal Account - If you paid using a PayPal account you will need to log in to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription from there. Once you have done this your listing will automatically be removed from the directory.
Credit/Debit Card - If you paid using your credit/debit card simply This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will cancel your listing and you will no longer be charged.
Notes for Specific Listing Categories
Other Complementary & Alternative Practitioners - Please include your main speciality in the name field.
e.g. Matthew Hogg - Reflexologist
You can give details and add any other services you offer in the 'Further Information' box.
Other Conventional Practitioners - As above.
Hospitals & Clinics - Please list the doctors/practitioners that work in the hospital/clinic and their specialities in the 'Further Information' boxalong with any other information you wish to include.
