<description>I have been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome. When I first learnt about it I researched what I should do. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, take recreational drugs and even do not drink tea or coffee.

When I read a suggestion that Autistic people should give up gluten and casein I gave them both up. Up until that time I had alway drunk a lot of cows milk.

I went through what can only be called withdrawl. I was huddled up in the fetal position and in agony for about a day.

Now I understand why ... I was in fact withdrawing from casomorphin !!!!!!

If anyone wants to discuss it further email me ... stewartcoad@gmail.com
