I think Bread being most important one is excluded from this treatment. Wonder if there is any particular reason ?

I am very surprised to be delving so far into an "anti-FDA" diet. I first heard of Hulda Clark about ten years ago, and thought she was a little "science fiction-ie" for me. But I'm finding that many of my physical and mental problems derive from what I've been putting in my body. At this point in my life, I am taking MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) to kill off the molds, fungi, and viruses that I suspect populate my body, and am dropping sugar, dairy, and foods that can help these little buggers in my body to thrive. Hulda inspired a lot of other researchers, thinkers, and nutritionists to start questioning if our diet benefits US, or agrobusiness more. It is Really Hard to give up lifelong eating habits, but I am committing to it. The way I feel when I eat right is well worth it!
