If you are small business owner or have a high demand job and over 35 yrs old, get your thyroid checked. And don't always go along what your doctor says if you have it to take the medical, read this book and give it to your doctor before going on a T4 medication, this book will make it a lot easier understanding the facts about hypothroidism.
