60 days into Martin Pall treatment

First, after reading Martin Pall's book, I want to add that, in the case of MCS, there is an additional thing to know.
Apparently there is some "training involved", where, over time, the brain dedicate more and more neurones to react to the triggers/chemical. This is what increase the sensitivity and what makes it so hard / long to get rid of the problem.
To cure it you need to be out of harm reach for long enough for the brain to "forget". That can be long, as in a few years...

Anyway slowly, but surely, I felt great benefit from Martin Pall diet. After 30 days I tried to stop for 5 days. Big mistake. Because of the brain training I stressed above, you cannot stop the treatment! One need to be pain free for a loooong time to get rid of MCS. I had to start it all over again.

Martin Pall tratment consist of about 16 capsules a day. After a while I experienced some side effect (tight muscle/cramps and very mild headache, dizziness), it's why I wanted to stop. Bad idea. But by adjusting the dosage just a little bit I made it much more bearable.

After 1 month into I fell mostly well in most circumstances as long as I stay in my little rural areas (which was difficult before, despite the remoteness!). But I still have a few problem.

I had the idea of seeing a local doctor which knows about MCS and he told me that Glutten (in wheat) and Caseine (in milk) intolerance are often precursor of MCS. While I dismissed it at first, as I got better and better (thanks to Martin Pall treatment) I noticed that I still had some mysterious spike of pain/symptoms.
I am now experimenting with Glutten and Casein free diet. The effect is less obvious that Martin Pall diet but it helps me going one more step. I was even able to spend 1 day in the city feeling alright.
But the diet is hard to follow, still experimenting in this area. And, apparently, so far, it needs to be followed on top of Martin Pall treatment.
