I've long felt Phosphatidylcholine (PC) was the key supplement in my recovery from MCS. The ethanol produced by gut dysbiosis causes depletion of choline and thiamine, which contributes to pathological detoxification, sluggish liver function and degradation in the blood brain barrier. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) helps fix all these problems by providing choline, down-regulating CYP-450 (high CYP-450 contributes to pathological detoxification), correcting sluggish liver (PC is the single best supplement for the liver!), and repairing gut endothelium (which helps with leaky gut and also improves thiamine uptake in the gut).
