A Thorough Disagreement to the Theory that Fibromyalgia is simply Psychosomatic

Wondering if there's any truth to Fibromyalgia being a case, or in part a case,  of Psychosomatics.  Everything's connected sure. 
But must i read the whole book in order to find out whether it is indeed either caused, or sustained by psychosomatics?

And if it is trauma/stress that effects a weakening of the immune system
