Hi Tina Glad to hear that you may have cracked it! I do take more Armour (1.5grains) than I did Levo (100) because I read that I might need more. I over dosed on the Nature took 25% more 2grains instead of 1.5grains and couldn't sleep for 3 nights so only had one good night sleep this week. I think it's good in a way because at least it means your body tells you when you are taking too much,it could be I just need to catch up on my sleep. I will keep you all posted on my progress Denise
