What It Means to Feel Better
I have to be honest... this blog input here at EIR has me a bit bamboozled, so I'll simply list the 2 entries I posted today on my Health Matters Show blog and podcast, for people who want to get well from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
If this goes well (this is my 2nd time!), I'll post more next week.
I hope many people reach out and choose to make the connection here at EIR. We're all simply trying to get well and stay well! :-))

Thanks, Cinda Crawford

I couldn't agree more with your sentiments about mindfulness. It has been instrumental in helping me remain strong in the face of disabling chronic illness. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome aged 12 so at the age of 30 can hardly remember what it feels like to be healthy.
Mindfulness (and mantra meditation) however have been the springboard that have allowed me to build this website and reach the final year of a bachelor's degree in nutritional health despite my ill health. I wouldn't have thought either of these achievements possible before discovering these life changing tools 8 years ago.
You make a very good point that you don't have to be a Buddhist to make use of mindfulness. I have never had any desire to subscribe to a religion (of course I understand many people do!)
You seem to have done a good job of posting this blog so I hope now you've got to grips with the system we'll be seeing some of your inspiring material here at The Environmental Illness Resource.
Best wishes
