i am new here. i have fibro and cfs since 2000.
i live in a cold climate(very cold).
does anyone have the experience of moving to a warm climate and it helps the fibro??

I have had CFS for more than 10 years and moved so Arizona a few years ago. I have to say I do feel quite a bit better living out here (I am originally from Chicago). I have a lot less pain and feel happier. I don't know whether it is the heat or the extra sunlight in general.
Maybe you could visit somewhere warm for a while and see if it helps? Do you have family or friends somewhere warmer who you could visit with?
