Privacy Policy

Any information that you provide (whether registering as a site user or registering for the newsletter) will be kept completely confidential. Information you provide will be stored in our own database only so we can continue to provide you with the services for which you registered. The information will only be viewable by the webmaster (Matthew Hogg) and occassionaly trusted IT professionals. Any correspondance via email, regular mail, or telephone will only be seen/heard by the webmaster. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with any 3rd party (company, market researchers etc).

Our server has been professionally 'hardened' against malicious attacks from hackers and is monitored daily for any such activity.

Cookies

Cookies are small files automatically installed on your computer when you visit certain web sites. These files can be used for various reasons, some harmless, some malicious. In addition to the cookies used by third-party advertising partners, as above, The Environmental Illness Resource will store cookies on your computer if you register as a user.
