Thanks guys, really appreciate your replies; I will look in to your suggestions. I currently take betaine with pesin and pancreas enzymes and I have had the comprehensive stool analysis - most of it wasnt too bad with minor overgrowth / imbalance but my SIGA was extreme - which causes sensitivities. its doubled in the past year but is still considered extreme. coupled with the methylation which also causes sensitiviites - my folinic acid was extreeme but the lucovorin wipes me out. Im going to try small amounts orally of active folate forms. Im currently on vsl 3 and mutaflor and other gut supps l glutamine/ mag/ zinc/ boswellia - I have found this to be an excellent addtition vit A and D. Its mainly the b vits I struggle with, and also the sublingual phosphatidylcholine, also the biocidin/ gut stuff, LDN iodine, co q 10 ...... I keep a list but its too large to write all of them. I have tried the allergy immunotherapy at breakspear for 2 years but it didnt enable me to take any more supps - I will def look in to NAET will also have to check the thyroid / adrenal systems. sory abvout the typos its late in theday! - im also a bit sensitive to screens so try not to spend too much time on the pc! best wishes!
