Culturelle™ contains Lactobacillus GG, an extensively studied strain of friendly intestinal bacteria, naturally occurring in the digestive tract. Together with Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus GG is a subspecies of Lactobacillus casei. It was discovered and patented by researchers Drs. Gorbach and Goldin at Tufts University. To date, this is the best-studied and most extensively documented probiotic lactic acid bacteria strain in the world, containing 30 billion viable organisms per capsule.

improved digestive problems and more

I tried this product as I had read a lot about the research that had been done on it. Other probiotic products I had bought from local pharmacies had not helped at all so I wanted to make sure I got the real deal.

It took a few weeks of taking Culturelle but I gradually began to notice less bloating and abdominal pain that I have long struggled with. I also have had CFS for 4 years and found little relief. The Culturelle also seems to help me think more clearly and brighten my mood which has helped me function at a more normal level. This hasn't happened overnight but gradually things are looking up.

If you are looking for a probiotic that actually works I recommend you avoid the cheap pharmacy own types and go for this.
