This product has all the features you could possibly want from a dawn simulator - including built-in FM Radio and a selection of natural wakeup sounds. The main feature of this unit is that you are gradually woken over a 15 minute period by a brightening light, designed to simulate natural sunrise. This in turn triggers your body to lower the production of natural sleep hormones such as melatonin, and will help you start the day more refreshed and alert.
We also think a dawn simulator is simply a much nicer way to wake every morning, and may assist those that struggle with winter blues, or in conjunction with a 10,000 LUX Lamp for Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Simply press the top of the unit to benefit from an extra 5 minutes of slumber in the morning!
Dimmable Bedside Light
The dimmable light is softly diffused and therefore ideal as a bedside reading light, or for background bedroom lighting.
FM Radio
Listen anytime to your favourite radio channels in bed, and awaken to your selected music or news channel.
