About me
I am now 35 and have been suffering with severe IBS-Diarrhea since the age of about 15. I think it started when I got sick with Glandular Fever and Viral Meningitis and was pumped so full of antibiotics at the time. Have since tested extremely positive for SIBO, Candida and Helicobacter Pylori (whic I have since eradicated).

Current health issues
My symptoms involve the usual, daily, constant diarrhea (to varying degrees from mild to severe), lots of gas and bloating, sometimes dizziness and brain fog, cramps, constant tension around the stomach area, creaking bowls, the feeling of incomplete evacuation, lethargy…etc…the list goes on. I have never had blood in my stools which is reassuring.
