About me
I worked in pre-press printing for 5 years, 30 odd years ago, before fume hoods. In 2004 I suffered a major emotional upset, stopped sleeping and every system in my body reacted. By 2006 I was diagnosed with intolerances to artificial sulphite, glutamate, benzoate and nitrite, asthma and atrial fibrillation and of course anxiety etc. By 2010 I was reacting to sprays and by November 2011 fumes. I met my husband when I was 14, we have two adult children and I'm gran to five. We have moved from the city to a small mountain town in the centre of the South Island of New Zealand. I cannot work.

Current health issues
Took Pall supplements for a few months. They helped tremendously - headaches went. inflammation disappeared and brain fog was a thing of the past. Working through Gupta Programme - this is the key to getting better for me. Sensitivity to perfumes etc., is at times disappearing. Lots of changes are occurring. I am EXTREMELY happy. I am recovering, I am well.

CazNZ ➜ Ashok Gupta's Amygdala Retraining I see there are two others who have joined this group. I just wanted to say that the Gupta Programme was the best $200 I've spent on getting myself well. I still do the techniques. I do have mild after reactions but as each month passes my health improves just that little bit more.
