Maff ➜ shmihelsky Hi Ruth, welcome to the EiR Community. I was diagnosed with ME/CFS aged 11 and subsequently developed MCS aged 19-20. I was housebound with it for a number of years but was able to recover. I believe current research supports the idea that most people affected can do the same. It is not a life sentence. I hope you find the site helpful.
