Laurig ➜ Surviving Multiple Chemical Sensitivity!
I would love to find a support group to talk about ways to cope with mcs. My reaction upon breathing any fragrance, chemical, exhaust, particulates etc. is for my lungs to seize and constrict, which makes it extremely difficult to breathe. My voice goes too. Does anyone else get affected that way, and have you found any good strategies for prevention? I also seem to be allergic to many meds...Jodie Laurig - there's a lot of info on MCS I've given to newbies recently here www.ei-resource.org/support/forums/… .. I'm also allergic to many meds, zirtek for itching is the only one I will occasionally use. But there are many clever ways of avoiding everyday chems, worth reading thru those recent posts. If you have any particular issues you need help for please ask, we may have an answer !The Environmental Illness Resource Forums :: Topics in Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) (1/13)Environmental Illness Forums - Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) (1/13) - The Environmental Illness Resource Fo... - English (United Kingdom)9 years ago 1
