Ok new question..Is wheat grass safe on candida diet..It was a hard weekend...went to Buca de Pepa with friends hard not to have wine and bread pizza all the food and smells all around.. managed to have broccoli garlic side dish mmm and cheated a bit on a gluten free pasta marinara side..but no wine (sigh!) or bread yippee for me.. We were hiking at beach earlier so very hungry packed my own snac
...coffee and wine. I love your happy dog Good luck!
You could get dizzy spells from yeast die-off for any number of reasons e.g. due to general toxicity, toxic effects of the brain, hypoglycemic attacks. When you have Candida-related illness your body is already weak and die-off puts a great deal of added strain on the system. How are your adrenals? Adrenal support can help you cope with die-off. Glad you are managing to keep off the coffee and win
Can you get extreme dizzy spells from die off? I am on nystatin for about a week also taking candibactin from metagenics (oregano) and hyomax for IBS and armour for thyroid and other suppliments to benifit health and calm down the ibs. I eat healthy and as well as gluten free. coffee is my downfall and wine though I am off these as well as sugar and yeasty foods sigh!
