Maff ➜ teacupmama You could get dizzy spells from yeast die-off for any number of reasons e.g. due to general toxicity, toxic effects of the brain, hypoglycemic attacks. When you have Candida-related illness your body is already weak and die-off puts a great deal of added strain on the system. How are your adrenals? Adrenal support can help you cope with die-off. Glad you are managing to keep off the coffee and win

teacupmama Can you get extreme dizzy spells from die off? I am on nystatin for about a week also taking candibactin from metagenics (oregano) and hyomax for IBS and armour for thyroid and other suppliments to benifit health and calm down the ibs. I eat healthy and as well as gluten free. coffee is my downfall and wine though I am off these as well as sugar and yeasty foods sigh!
