Has anyone figured out a way to travel by air? With MCS sitting in an airplane for hours is just not possible!! I can handle an hour or so in the airport lounge area with my N95 with charcoal filter mask, but after that the elastics start hurting my head and I get a headache!! If anyone has any practical and preferably cheap ideas I would love to hear about them!

Jag har haft en dålig dag,molande värk överallt och trött,har börjat dricka Salt lösning är på andra veckan nu har dessutom LDN -Naltrekson medicin på som blir livstidsmedicin. Den arbetar lite oroligt ännu men så småningom börjar väl kroppen reagera på den. Motto för dagen inget stress,humörsvägningar,depression m.m. Trevlig fortsättning på kvällen

I seem to have deleted my post.. I am being made very ill by mould.. started with most food intolerance, not its migraines.. daily. burning stomach. weeping, sore eyes, and pains all over my face and body, have had to leave my home for as long as I am able to stay on floor of daughters friends
