Current health issuesTerrible Brain Fog, head tension, sensitivity to light, sugars (all fruits too), caffeine, certain everyday every supplements.
Also became sensitive after a a very hard time (numerous family deaths at the same time, etc) and trying figure out what went wrong. Never had these problems until after all this happened, and I'm wondering if perhaps I'm not detoxing properly.
I was smoking and drinking 1-3 cups of coffee per day to nothing because I could no longer handle that.
Makes all the brain stuff way worse.
What has me stumped though is Ive never showed problems with liver on tests,

All great tips. One thing I do know is that relaxing, resting up, and relieving stress is probably the biggest key for most. Just start there. Epsom salt baths or magnesium oils a few hours before bed are verry relaxing too. I personally no
