Is Alcohol Wreaking Havoc On Your Sensual Performance?

Pint of Beer

How Alcohol Affects Your Love Life And Fertility

Drinking alcohol more than 14 units per week raises the risk of infertility in women. General advice for couples who wish to procreate often includes giving up all alcohol use. Danish research published in the journal BMJ proves that women with high consumption, more than 14 units per week, have a more challenging time gaining pregnancy.

Researchers followed the reproductive efforts of more than 6,000 Danish women within the ages of 21 and 45 for a year or until they became pregnant. Those who took more than 14 glasses a day were successful for 12% of their menstrual cycles, compared to 17% for women who did not drink.

A Drink Is Fine

The research, however, eases the rule. The results show that there is no distinction between women who drink fairly and those who avoid. Alcohol would therefore only be a problem for pregnancy for heavy users.

The consequences are somewhat reassuring because they give that total avoidance is not necessarily to maximize the possibilities of conception, explains Annie Britton of University College London, whose editorial accompanies the publication. Men also use Fildena 100 or vidalista 60 to get rid of impotence problems. If alcohol is consumed in moderation, it does not appear to influence fertility. "

No Binge Drinking

She adds that it is desirable to avoid binge drinking for two reasons: this practice interrupts the menstrual cycles and could harm the fetus if the woman is in first pregnancy without knowing it. The researchers have some doubts about their observations. Their study does not reflect either how alcohol is used - regular consumption or binge drinking - or the alcohol using the rate of male partners, which could affect the results.

In developed countries, a sizeable number of couples fail to conceive within a year of the first attempt.

Decrease Your Alcohol Consumption

If you are fighting erectile dysfunction or reduce your risk factors of suffering from the condition, reducing the amount of alcohol you drink will help. Alcohol and recreational medications can affect your ability to get and keep an erection in two steps: firstly, too much alcohol can impair your sensual desire and reduce the amount of interest you have in physical activity.

Secondly, alcohol misuse can affect your ability to keep an erection. Your body is too busy concocting the alcohol safely to spare the blood flow required to maintain an erection concurrently.

Overloading booze is one of the most prevalent causes of erectile dysfunction. Alcohol is a depressant and will depress your desire and make it very hard for you to reach orgasm.

That doesn't mean that you have to give up alcohol if you enjoy the occasional beer or glass of wine. Still, pharmaceutical professionals suggest that, in order not to impede your intimate performance, you only drink alcohol in balance.

Here is how alcohol impairs a man's intimate performance:

  • It decreases the physical desire
  • It increases sensual aversion disorder where one avoids all genital physical contact leading to considerable discomfort
  • It leads to erection, partial or complete breakdown to attain or maintain an erection until the fulfillment of intercourse
  • It makes it difficult to reach orgasm following a normal intimate excitement stage
  • It leads to premature ejaculation through intercourse

How Do You Define Balance?

We are usually told to drink in moderation, but many people don't know what drinking in balance means. The UK Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) suggest that no one should drink more than 14 units a week to always drink in a way that would be granted safe.

Fourteen units of alcohol a week is equal to 6 pints of lager or brew, 5 pints of cider, or six small drinks of wine. It's important to note that this is the volume of alcohol you should consume over a week, but that doesn't mean that you should use this amount of alcohol in one session.

How Alcohol Overuse Drives Erectile Dysfunction

It reported that 61% of patients dependent on alcohol said erectile dysfunction, the most common being erectile dysfunction followed by decreased intimate desire. Which frequently observed erectile dysfunction and reduced sensual appetite to be accompanying.

Can You Drink When Using ED Medicine Fildena?

Patients taking many different medicines to control their erectile dysfunction should avoid extreme amounts of alcohol consumption. Sildenafil (Viagra), Avanafil (Stendra), Vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn), Cenforce 100 and Tadalafil (Cialis) can all lead to uncertain levels of low blood pressure when they are taken in combination with alcohol.

If you take these pills in conjunction with alcohol, you may experience an unexpected decrease in blood pressure, leading to fast dizziness, heart rate, headache, and fainting.

For this reason, patients using erectile dysfunction medications are advised to either avoid or significantly decrease their alcohol consumption. The manufacturer of tadalista and vidalista 40 suggests that its users consume no more than 5 drinks a week. In contrast, the manufacturer of Stendra recommends its users consume no more than 3 drinks a week. Other companies do not make particular patient recommendations, so you should discuss with your pharmacist or doctor for advice.

Are Alcohol-Induced Erectile Dysfunction And Intimate Problems Reversible?

The great news is, yes, it is. The same research also concluded that intimate dysfunction in alcoholics who avoided using alcohol for two to three months could drastically reverse their difficulty. Their performance was as excellent as non-alcoholics after the period of fasting.
